王沐昕，一级律师，1953年1月出生于大连。先后就读于大连外国语学院（英语）和中国政法大学（民商法），并获得文学学士和法学硕士学位。大学毕业后，在大连海运公司从事理赔实务十年；开始专职律师执业后，主要从事海商法、合同法和国际贸易法的诉讼和仲裁代理。迄今为止，共成功地处理各类合同和海事等案件近400例。二十年来，共发表论文和译文二十多篇，并于2003年在法律出版社出版了《水路货物运输合同法学》一书。

　　Mr.Wang Muxin,who is ranked first grade lawyer and was born in January,1953, graduated from Dalian Foreign Languages University in 1982 and then China University of Political Science and Law in 1995.He has got the degrees of the Bachelor of literature and the Master of Laws.Mr.Wang specialized at maritime law,contract law,company law and international trade law.Mr.Wang translated many shipping cases of Great Britain from English to Chinese and published a legal theory book-The Theory of the Coastal Shipping Contract of China- in 2003.
